Pendants are 5 mm thick with a white ink backing, giving a beautiful depth to the piece which is presented on a silver plated chain (available in 18 or 24 inches), and finished with a clasp. The pendant is approx. 3.5 cm in height. The designs are printed directly onto acrylic, ensuring the highest possible quality and long-lasting pieces.

We want to make sure customers are completely happy with their pieces, so will gladly refund or exchange a product provided it is returned to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All of our products are sent to the UK via Royal Mail second class within 3-5 business days of receiving the order, unless you have selected an option to pay for speedier shipping. We obtain proof of postage with each purchase, and we aren't responsible for any items lost in the post. For orders over £50, we will send with recorded delivery.

For orders going to the EU, we ship via Royal Mail standard delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for your item to arrive, unless you upgrade to first class recorded delivery.

Any other international orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard airmail, and delivery time can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on your location.

We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred or customs witholding any packages.
