Prices do not include framing. Prints will be sent in a protective sleeve, on a cardboard backed envelope.
'Hold' Original Painting
Because prints and paintings are often made to order and larger items can take several days packing for shipment, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If a parcel is lost, we will work with Royal Mail and your cooperation to try and retrieve the item within our control. Abandoning items at the post office does not constitute a lost item.Severe damage is if a print is torn or an item is broken. Because we do limited edition prints, we try to package all prints very carefully and securely so that they can reach their destination safely.
Lost, damaged, or other issues with items must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery (for loss) or actual delivery date in order to have your order rectified. After 14 days, we can no longer process an exchange or replacement unfortunately.All of our products are sent to the UK via Royal Mail second class within 3-5 business days of receiving the order, unless you have selected an option to pay for speedier shipping. We obtain proof of postage with each purchase, and we aren't responsible for any items lost in the post. For orders over £50, we will send with recorded delivery.
For orders going to the EU, we ship via Royal Mail standard delivery. Please allow 5-7 days for your item to arrive, unless you upgrade to first class recorded delivery.
Any other international orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard airmail, and delivery time can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on your location.We are not responsible for any customs charges incurred or customs witholding any packages.
We do our best to reduce our carbon footprint on the Earth. We source all our materials locally when possible, and our wooden pieces use materials from only sustainable woodlands - such as those certified with FSC or PEFC. Alongside this, all of our packaging is recyclable (including the jewellery boxes, parcel boxes and inserts) and made from recycled materials wherever possible.
